Chris Heaslip is a highly successful entrepreneur. Originally from Auckland, NewZealand, he migrated to the US in 2011 to answer a calling that was placed on his heart.
This calling was a realization that business isn’t about what you can get out of it, it’s about what you can give through it which would make a difference in other people’s lives.
The first business formed out of this calling was Pushpay, the on-line giving platform. Chris, along with his co-founder, Eliot Crowther, grew the business from $1 million to over $100 million in revenue in just four years.
Since stepping down as CEO from Pushpay in 2019, Chris has taken his leadership values to other startups he has formed. The realization that leadership is a privilege that should be taken seriously is the cornerstone of his developing organizations.
In April 2020, Chris became the Executive Chairman of Leadr, a people management tool that drives sustained and measurable employee growth. Since the launching of Leadr, the company has continued to develop into an invaluable tool for organizations.
In 2021, Chris realized the growth of the creator economy was a massive trend and started partnering with some of the leading creators to help get their message out through podcasts and courses. Mission Studios allows creators to ofoad all the business aspects of content creation such as production, post production, creative design, product, engineering and advertising management.
Since launching Mission Studios, Chris has partnered with shows such as The Basement with Tim Ross, Ideas have Consequences with Larry-Alex Taunton, The Deep End with Lecrae, and Worship is my Weapon with Rita Springer.
In November 2023, Chris founded Bside Media to provide an app that engages culture and shares the gospel through new media.
Chris resides just outside of Dallas with his wife, Sarah, and their three children.
