Malachi Boyuls is the president and co-founder of the Amazing Life Foundation, where he brings years of leadership experience and a passion for creating solutions that serve the church. His career began in law, earning his J.D. from New York University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Survey of American Law. He clerked for two federal judges, including now-Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Malachi went on to practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Dallas, specializing in mergers, litigation, and government investigations.
In 2012, Malachi co-founded St. Augustine Capital Partners (SACP), a Texas-based investment partnership focused on technology opportunities. At SACP, he helped invest, advise, and manage nearly $500 million in deep-value assets, working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. He also served on the boards of public and private companies, providing strategic advice to equity funds and leadership teams.
In 2023, Malachi joined forces with Chris Heaslip to launch the Amazing Life Foundation. “The church deserves the same quality and care as the corporate world—if not more,” Malachi explained. With this conviction, ALF focuses on equipping churches and families with thoughtfully crafted content and innovative tools, helping them engage more deeply with Jesus, His Word, and His people. Malachi’s vision is for ALF to become the go-to organization for those looking to invest in, build, or grow world-class product solutions for churches.
Originally envisioning a career in ministry while studying Religion at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Malachi’s professional journey shaped his understanding of how business and faith could intersect to serve a greater purpose. Drawing on his background in law and business, he is committed to creating best-in-class offerings that bring the quality of the corporate world to the church.
Malachi and his wife, Shelby, are active members of Watermark Community Church, where they volunteer their time and energy to foster Gospel-centered community. They live in Dallas, Texas, with their three young children.
